Breakfast: multi veggie scramble and hot sauced eggs. Lunch: spaghetti squash, meat sauce and green beans. Note to self: hunger makes great meals taste excellent. Also, green beans and meat sauce go together very well. Dinner: wasn’t feeling especially hungry, so paired freeze dried apples with almond butter.
