Breakfast: burger patty with a sweet pepper, zucchini and onion scramble. Can we all just take a second to appreciate my exquisite mustard art? It makes eating so much more entertaining. Lunch: the rest of the chia pudding with a spoonful of the most wonderful almond butter there ever was. Odd choice for lunch perhaps, but it felt just right after a workout. Dinner: turkey burger, green beans and unpictured plantain chips.
