Breakfast: leftover taco smash. Hearty breakfast make Lauren happy. Lunch: dined out with family for my moms birthday lunch. Anyone who has done whole30 knows how difficult (read: impossible) it is to dine out. Today proved no different as there was only one item I could have — Cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner: leftover taco smash (again). My spoon wanted to steal the show. Snacks: Trader Joe’s fruit bar and unpictured protein bar from Whole Foods.
Oh, and I turned down a piece of this today. VICTORY
