Breakfast: the last applegate hotdog 😢 with 1/2 a perfectly ripe avocado (er, ranch holder) and a fresh batch of steamed broccoli. This kept me very full and I’ll attribute that to the avocado 👍 Lunch: nomalicious chicken veggie curry from last night. Dinner: big mixed salad (greens, carrots, cucumber, heirloom tomato, red onion) with coconut crusted chicken. Snacks: larabar and unpictured plantain chips. Today was a yummy day.
