Breakfast: half a hotdog, a freshly hardboiled egg and leftover beets & broccoli. Put a dollop of ranch on that plate and I’m a happy girl. Lunch was a little different than what’s pictured. I realized the radish/bacon combo didn’t heat up too well as a leftover so I ditched it, ate half the pork, and added a generous portion of almond butter to the sliced apples. Dinner: the most savory protein-packed chicken veggie curry I’ve ever made. This hits the spot every time.Here’s my Round 2 Day 2 mascot. Onto Day 3!
