Salty & Savory Breakfast Pancake

Check it out- mix 2 eggs with tbsp coconut flour and pinch of salt. Fry it up like a pancake. Top with salsa and crumbled bacon. I served mine on top of a bed of spinach as well. Yummy in your tummy!
