Just had this for breakfast – my favorite kind of recipe (easy and yummy!)
Who loves cake? Better yet, who loves cake for breakfast?
Here’s an extremely quick, easy and healthy Banana oatcake recipe. It takes about 5 minutes to whip up and has only a handful of ingredients for the basic oatcake. Watch the You tube video for a full demonstration!
Ingredients (serves 2 because I make it for both me and my husband but you just need to cut the ingredients in half if you’re just making it for yourself):
• 2 riped bananas
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup of water
• 1 cup of rolled oats
• 1 tbs of chia seeds
Chuck all the ingredients together into a blender and blend away! Once you’ve made the batter, pour it into two small bowls and heat them up in a microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes (depending on microwave settings).
