-Scoop of Gnarly Slim Chocolate Protein Powder (any choco-flavored protein would work)
-Handful of Crushed Ice
-Cup or so of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
-Handful of Spinach
-Healthy dollop of Plain Greek Yogurt
