Breakfast: egg & veggie scramble with a side of snip chips, which are interesting little things made out of parsnip and coconut. It’s an odd combination, not sure if I like or dislike. May be something that requires getting used to, but on the plus side it’s low calorie! Lunch: 2 applegate farms uncured hotdogs, sweet potato and broccoli. Don’t be hatin’ on my hotdogs- they had a helluva lot more flavor than any ground turkey I’ve ever made and no added sugar 👍 Dinner: taco salad, pico and olives.
Holy moly, the end is nigh. Feels like it went by rather quickly. Tomorrow morning I’ll be able to step on a scale and reap my rewards (which will also include a dramatic slow motion ingestion of a certain broiled chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar). I’m so ready to take the lessons learned from this experience out into the real world. And to see friends again on weekends, and restart a more modest relationship with red wine 😍
