Breakfast: 2 over medium eggs with pico and an apple. Lunch: salad featuring sweet potato, hardboiled egg, cucumber, olives and hot sauce. Meant to add some chicken in there but it turns out it takes 2 days to thaw chicken and not 1. Dinner: grilled chicken and vegetables 👏 Snack: 1/4 cup dry roasted cashews and a spoonful of coconut/almond buttah.
Today was a great day from start to finish- in other words, the exact opposite of yesterday. I worked out early, had lots of energy all day and just felt great. Joined coworkers for lunch at a wing joint and had to explain whole30 when I whipped out my salad. One of them might even try it 👍
Oh and you know what? Today is Friday which kicks off the LAST weekend of Whole30. Sooo exciting. I’m not planning a big cheat meal, but it will be indescribably nice to relax about food again and just make smart choices. On that note, a happy weekend to all who are reading! 😀
