Day 13

Breakfast: pepper and olive egg scramble with side of berries and almond butter. The berries look all crazy because I nuked em so the juices came out. There is something so heavenly about warm almond butter. Lunch: Italian meatballs over spinach 👍 Dinner: pulled pork, butternut squash and egg whites. Unpictured snack: larabar.

Today was just about your average Monday. No crappy energy (the opposite actually), angsty carb-obsessing or any of that. Work kept me busy which was a good thing. Even got a good workout in ☺️
