Breakfast: turkey burger with mixed veggies. I ate it then filed it away with the other “fits the program, bores my taste buds” meals. Lunch: roasted chicken with broccoli. Dinner: meatza with mashed cauliflower 👏 Snack: good ol’ apple with almond butter. Unpictured (and unplanned) snack: coconut pure wrap with almond butter and banana. I had been thinking about sweets all day, ever since my husband sent me a picture of donuts he refused at work (bless his heart), and this was the best I could do to stay compliant.
Thoughts: I love that I wake up with zero bloat these days. Weighing yourself is not allowed for this program and I think looking in the mirror should be abolished as well. Sometimes I feel like nothing’s changing then I feel like I see definite changes. THEN I realize I’ve been doing this for a week. A friggin week. Cue this reminder:
