Day 7

Breakfast: eggs with sweet potato and glorious hot sauce. My phone autocorrected to spell that joy sauce, and that’s pretty accurate too. Lunch: veggie salad with hard boiled eggs and watermelon on the side. Meh. Today was grocery day and it’s all I had left. Dinner: roasted chicken with parsnip fries. Snack: the lowest sugar Larabar I could find.

Thoughts: My energy levels were turbocharged from last night until this morning, which was unexpected and pretty cool 👌

A few observations:

A. Going to the grocery store on an empty stomach is stupid
B. Trying to find Whole30 compliant trail mix is stupid
C. Canola oil is in everything and therefore can suck it
D. I work harder at the gym when pressed for 30 minutes rather than an hour

Also! Excited about trying Pure Wraps. Just got LOTS of these babies in the mail and I want em in my mouth!
