Day 6

Breakfast: buffalo shrimp salad šŸ‘ Lunch: turkey with butternut squash and sweet peppers. I thought I liked ground turkey, but maybe I don’t. Can’t seem to cook it so that it retains a pleasant moisture/flavor. Spicy brown mustard seemed to help. Dinner: eggs with sweet potato. Meant to add avocado on top, but those beeches go bad so fast I have no way to keep up. Snacks: freeze-dried bananas and an apple with almond butter.

Thoughts: Feeling good today and like I accomplished something having made it through the weekend. Yeah, it sucked not joining friends out celebrating St. Patty’s and whatnot, but I legitimately enjoyed not waking up with a blangover (bloated hangover). I just made that up. Found some good lookin’ recipes for the next couple of weeks and I’m super excited about them because when you eat like this, flavor is EVERYTHING.
