Breakfast: leftover taco smash – so hearty and yummy. Lunch: was busy all day, so opted for apple with nut butter when I got the chance. Dinner: turkey with roasted asparagus and butternut squash. Also snacked on a small handful of pistachios and grapes.
Thoughts: My workout today felt pitiful, but that was to be expected. Low carb diet + skipping lunch = fail. Last night I had a dream that I ate dark chocolate covered almonds and then realized they weren’t Whole30 friendly. The guilt in this dream was unreal. Came across an article this morning that said Whole30 often produces cravings and dreams similar to what pregnant women experience. Brains are weird.
